Week 14: Planning Future Strategy

I have to say that I feel very comfortable using Facebook with my business. I find it very easy to use some marketing skills to make my post interesting and effective. I have a really hard time with Instagram and the creative side to it, I take pictures and feel that they aren't the greatest and doubt their effectiveness. With Facebook I can work with many departments on campus to make their calls of action more successful with the use of a visuals and catchy wording. I find being able to schedule post very helpful and time saving when social media tends to be a 24/7 activity, sometime I like to turn off all electronics and just breathe. I know I have to be constant in my post and with scheduling post I am able to be there without really being there. I am very reluctant of Twitter when I know that sooner than later I am going to have to make it a part of my daily duties. I wish all of you the best and it has been a great semester!! See you all out in cyberspace.

  1. Hi Dianna,

You have done a great job at your facebook page and posts. Your facebook activity frequent, current and you do have many likes and traffic to your page. I agree with you that it is very helpful and a time saver to be able to schedule the posts ahead of time. In our everyday lives it's hard to take time to out to create posts, but it looks as you have done a great job thus far.

    Keep up the good work!

    Tricia

  2. I agree it is time consuming and takes a lot of effort in maintaining your social media platforms. Scheduling your posts ahead of time saves time. You're doing great posting at least twice a day and love the graphics/photos you use in your posts. Thank you.

  4. Good Job with your blog. It does sometimes feel that social media is 24/7 and its nice to turn off your phone to get away from it. I also do the same thing with instagram about photos so i never end up posting anything.
